New construction moves fast - and when one trade falls behind, everyone else feels it. We jumped in on this topout in Apache Junction, AZ and got the tub set and the rough-in plumbing wrapped up so the rest of the build could keep moving forward.
The tub install is the kind of thing that looks simple but has to be done right the first time. Once the walls close in, there's no easy way to go back and fix a bad placement or a drain that's off. We make sure it's seated correctly, drain is properly aligned, and everything is positioned to code before we walk away.
We also ran the condensation lines for the homeowner, who will be handling the HVAC finish themselves. That's the kind of coordination that makes new construction work - knowing your lane, doing your part clean, and handing things off in a way that doesn't create problems for the next guy. The supply and drain rough-in is clearly laid out in the framing, with supply lines, drain lines, and vent pipes all routed and ready for drywall.
New construction plumbing isn't just about getting pipes in the wall. It's about understanding how the whole build fits together and making sure your work holds up every step of the way - from topout through final inspection. That's what we bring to every job, whether it's a single-trade scope or a full plumbing package.
