Two-Bath Casita Rough-In at Pegasus Airpark in Queen Creek

We just wrapped up the topout on a new two-bath casita build out at Pegasus Airpark in Queen Creek. This is the kind of work that doesn't get a lot of attention - but it absolutely should. Everything that gets tiled, trimmed, and finished later depends on this phase going right.

Rough-in is where the whole plumbing system gets established. Supply lines, drain lines, vent stacks - all of it has to be planned, measured, and installed with precision before a single wall gets closed up. We're running PEX supply lines throughout, with hot and cold lines routed cleanly through the framing and properly secured at each fixture location. The tub is set and tied in, shower drain is stubbed through the slab, and all the supply stops are positioned and ready.

One thing we take seriously on new construction is pressure testing. Before we ever sign off on the rough-in, we pressure test the supply lines to make sure everything is tight. No leaks hiding behind drywall, no surprises down the road. That step alone can save a homeowner from a serious headache later - water damage in a brand new build is something nobody wants to deal with.
